The interplay of resource integration and value orientation in public services value creation: a case study of residential parking reform in China

Abstract

Few have explored how the interplay of resource integration and value orientation impacts value creation in public services. This study explores conceptual work in the value creation of public services and shows how it can bring forth new types of insights through a case study of parking service reform in a Chinese community.
